He was recently named one of the seven most important part-time working men in the UK and one of the 50 most inspiring Londoners.

“From my time as a Samaritan volunteer I came in contact with people struggling with the end of the traditional measures of happiness; a job for life, plus financial and home security.”
“In my time on the bike I’ve been fortunate to cycle alongside many people who have discovered they can better deal with those struggles when their life includes some time taking part in activities they love, with likeminded people.”
“That is why I created ‘A Good Weekend’. To make it easier and cheaper for everyone to try out something they might enjoy and hopefully along the way to meet likeminded people and make new friends.”
